Your case starts with a consultation. This can take place over the phone, via video call, or at our offices. Tell us what happened, and we will explain what we can do for you. The first consultation is always free of charge.
Do you already have legal representation and are you dissatisfied with their approach or the progress of the case? We can review your case at no cost to see whether we can take over the handling of your case.
Filing a liability claim
When we take on your case, we hold the other party liable for your damages. That is how your case begins.
Assessment of liability
If the insurer accepts liability, we can immediately begin assessing your damages. Unfortunately, there are also cases where liability is denied.
We will then discuss with you what next steps are possible. One option is filing a lawsuit.
Assessing your damages
During this phase, we gather information about your claim. You play an important role in this process by providing the necessary details.
We gather all the relevant information regarding your damages and present that to the insurer to obtain an advance payment for you. This will give you financial breathing space and helps to speed up your recovery.
The medical part of the case
To properly document your injury, we will request medical information from your healthcare providers. We will also consult a medical advisor who will provide us with information about your health and your prospects for recovery. This is an important part of your case.
Settlement of your case
Personal injury cases can take time. First, we need to understand how your recovery is progressing. Then we can calculate your future damages.
Once we have a complete picture of the situation, we will discuss your final compensation with the other party. As soon as an agreement has been reached, we will formalize it in a contract. This will conclude your case.
Alternative Dispute Resolution

How much does it cost to hire a lawyer?
In many personal injury cases, we can represent you at no cost to you. This is because, once liability has been established, the liable party is also required to reimburse your lawyer’s fees. In such cases, you will not receive an invoice from us.
There are situations where this may not be the case. For example, liability may not yet have been established, or legal proceedings may need to be initiated. In such cases, we will discuss the available options and applicable costs. Our initial consultation is always free of charge and non-binding.
